However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will arrange to pick up the item the following day or as soon as is possible, and offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are not faulty or damaged, unless you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
